01. Down Payment

When you confirmed trip, we need photo copy of your passport and 20% down payment of the total price for hotel booking and permit process.

02. How to pay deposit

Payments can be wired by bank transfer, western union, or credit card. Please, use any method of transfer according to your convenience.

We prefer you to send us US dollars. While you may send currencies other than US dollar, in doing so you may loose money in cross exchange rate. Also note that the amount charged to you by the bank for transferring the sum to us should be born (e) by yourself.

Ask us for the nearest bank in your city that can best send the sum to our bank. If you are sending money other than US dollar, contact us as we can suggest you the best option.

03. Payment by Credit cards

Visa and Master cards are widely accepted in Nepal. So they are our preferred credit cards. American express, JCB and other major credit cards are also accepted but at times they are less convenient. Please check with us before payment. For payment by credit cards from your home location (not a face to face transaction) you can scan and mail us a signed authorization form with your card number, expiry date, CVV2 code, photocopies of both sides of your credit card and the copy your passport pages containing your personal details and your signature and payment amount.

04. Payment Receipt:

After receiving photo copy of your passport, and 20% advance form you, we send you final confirmation receipt. 05. Remaining balance:

Remaining balance can be made after your arrival in Nepal. Full payment should be made before trip departure. Be mindful, we also reserve the right to cancel your trip provided full amount is not paid in time. 06. Last minute booking:

We accept your last minute booking (15 days prior to tour departure date). 07. Travel insurance:

Travel insurance is compulsory for all Clients to go Mt.Kailash. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter evacuation, loss of luggage, etc.

If you wish to arrange your travel insurance from our Company, we will arrange travel insurance for you.

08. Cancellation by the Client:

Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made by the Client in writing either in written documents or on an email. Cancellation shall valid with approval from the company after receiving document. Trip shall then be termed as cancelled and as a cancellation charge, 20% of the trip amount would be deducted from the advance paid.

09. Risk & Liabilities:

Your safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. We therefore carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure your holiday trouble–free as well as you have desired. Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
